Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are expressly restricted from all of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> selling, sublicensing and\/or otherwise commercializing any Platform material; <\/li><li> using this Platform to engage in any advertising or marketing; <\/li><li> using this Platform in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Platform; <\/li><li>using this Platform in any way that negatively impacts Member access to this Platform; <\/li><li> using this Platform contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to any person or entity; <\/li><li> engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Platform, or while using this Platform; <\/li><li> Certain areas of this Platform are restricted from access by you and\u00a0HISA\u00a0may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Platform, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion.
