Studied human-sloth bear conflict in detail by radio-collaring sloth bears to understand circumstances leading to conflict.
Studies human-large carnivore conflicts in detail to understand nature and economics of loss.
Supervised a number of short term and detailed studies on human-wildlife conflict in and around protected areas.
Conceptualising, execution and monitoring of field based activities targeted at mitigation of human-wildlife conflicts.
Supervising Education and Awareness Programmes on mitigation of HWC (Villages & Schools).
Conducting various capacity building training programmes for different stakeholders groups.
Highlighting findings of human-wildlife conflict in policy level meetings.
Providing immediate Interim Relief in case of loss of livestock due to large carnivores or human casualties due to wildlife.
Launching various skill development programmes to promote sustainable development of communities living in forest fringe areas.
Supervising programme providing primary health check up facilities in forest fringe areas, to garner community support in conservation.
