I've researched human-wildlife conflict in southern Belize, particularly focusing on small-scale cattle farmers (>80 heads of cattle) and their relationship with jaguars. I worked with a local conservation NGO based in the Toledo district to understand the effectiveness of their human-jaguar conflict pilot program in encouraging and establishing coexistence.
